After scoring 556 in the first innings (400 on the 1st day of the test match), Australia managed to LOSE!!! It was the first match of Irfan Pathan (of whom not much was known except his 9-wicket haul during a Under-19 match). But Rahul and VVS batted the whole day to enable India reached 523. Was in Mysore on 14th December 2003 and couldnt watch much of the match live. And then, the collapse of Australia was great with Agarkar taking 6 wickets - Cant believe even now. The Indian chase was then on and it was followed with great enthusiasm by exchanging e-mails at office till we finally won.
